Paris by the Book

Jan 24, 2021 | Fiction Books

I enjoyed reading Paris by the Book by Liam Callanan. The writing style is easy to read and moves along well. The descriptions in Paris and the characters there are delightful, even in the midst of a sad, confusing, and grief-stricken scenario. I’m not entirely satisfied with the ending and felt more explanation was needed, but life does not always deliver tidy endings – and neither did this book. (Well, it did and it didn’t. I’ll leave it at that.) Overall, this was a fun read and I would recommend it.
